	Capitalism is seeking infinite growth of capital, as in economic worth.

And a reminder: Most of us are in a capitalist system, you can bend the rules but you can't trully avoid them.

This is a very weird clause, can anyone (incl. freelancers) working for a capitalist organisation (aka Corporation) use it? I wouldn't think so.

As far as I know this barely exists as a proper status in France.

Including for-profit ones like private schools? I thought this was an anti-capitalist license.
By the way there is copyright exceptions for education in France.

And this one quite doesn't works against capitalism, all the members could be capitalists.
That said I don't think any organisation allows non-member to control the costs of their(who?) labor.

This exclude a lot of cooperatives where the clients own a part of the cooperative's capital.

- Not a copyleft license, no one is entitled to receive any copy; they only get the grants with their current copy (hopefully a complete one).
- Not compatible with licences that are approuved by the Free Software Foundation or the Open Source Initiative
- Not a good license when Software-as-a-Service exists, people using the service aren't under the license definition of "User"
