This makes 50 g. A simpler but delicious version of this is 1(2-inch) cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf, 6 g (1 tbsp) brown mustard seeds, 5 g (1 tbsp) coriander seeds, 6 g (1 tbsp) fennel seeds, 6 g (1 tbsp) cumin seeds, 4 g (1 tsp) fenugreek seeds, 3 g (1/2 tsp) whole cloves, 2 cardamom pods, 6 g (2 tbsp) ground turmeric, 8 g (1 tbsp) ground ginger, 3 g (1 tsp) paprika, 3 g (1 tsp) cayenne. Toast spices in a pan at low heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and have a crunch to them, transfer the lot to a grinder or mortar and pestle and grind them into a fine powder.

Grimgrains © 2014—2025 BY-NC-SA-4.0
Hundred Rabbits
